Job Description
A ServiceNow Lead who oversees the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, driving best practices, and mentoring teams. They translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD. Key roles include platform governance, code reviews, architectural decisions, and ensuring system stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using tools like REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
- Configure ServiceNow modules and custom applications to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
- Strong experience with Catalog Items, Record Producers and Order Guides development.
- Develop scoped applications within ServiceNow, ensuring they align with best practices and are ready for deployment.
- Publish scoped applications to the ServiceNow Store, ensuring proper listing, documentation, and compliance with ServiceNow’s requirements.
- Create business rules, scripts, and workflows to automate processes and manage complex data integration scenarios.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to gather and define integration requirements.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for integrations, ensuring ongoing functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with junior team members to promote continuous learning and skill development.
- Test and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and error handling.
- Troubleshoot and debug system-level integration issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow/ Workflow Designer
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
- Additional Certification is a plus.
