Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highly committed Professional with 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 2012/D365 F&O with technical / developer background. Experience in end-to-end implementation. Upgrade exposure from AX 2012 R3 to D365 F&O

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field
• B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
• MB – 700 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Solution Architect certification will be
  preferred

Key Focus Areas:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in End to End ERP implementation.
• Experience in full-lifecycle implementations, including data migration (master data , opening balances and open transactional data and cutover planning)
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end technical/functional architecture design for D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and HR, creating blueprints and ensuring scalability.
• Implementation Leadership: Drive the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integration & Development: Design complex integrations with third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs and Boomi.
• Business Process Optimization: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), improving business workflows and translating client requirements into actionable D365 solutions.
• Governance & Mentorship: Provide technical governance, perform code/design reviews,
  and mentor technical teams
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in sales cycles by defining project scope, estimating effort for customization, and designing solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identify project risks, recommend solutions, and manage project scope from pre-sales to go live.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and deployment while providing technical guidance to development teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365F&O) technical consultant who designs,
develops, and implements customized solutions within the D365 F&O platform, focusing on technical
aspects of the system.

• Design and develop custom modules in Dynamics 365 F & O.
• Hand on experience – X++ code, C#, designing, extension development, SSRS and visual studio reporting development and implementing integrations, managing data migrations and adhere to best practices
• Experience with data migration using Data Import/Export Framework (DIXF), Data entity and data management techniques.
• Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in AX 2012 / D365 FO implementations, minimum Three full lifecycle implementations
• Advance knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing process
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Drive the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
