We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical/Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in customizing D365 CE, architecting robust data models using Dataverse, and integrating the platform with other enterprise systems to meet complex business needs.

Solution Architecture Design: Design comprehensive, scalable, and secure technical solutions utilizing D365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dataverse to meet specified business requirements.
Customization and Development Leadership: Guide and oversee hands-on development efforts for customizations and extensions within D365, including C# Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Actions, and Ribbon customizations.
Integration Strategy: Define integration patterns and architect API-based communication strategies between D365 CE and external systems, ensuring data integrity and real-time
synchronization.
Technical Expertise ; Mentorship: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the D365/Power Platform technology stack, providing technical leadership and mentorship to
junior developers and team members.
Emerging Technologies: Design and implement solutions involving Omnichannel for Dynamics 365 and chatbot technologies using Power Virtual Agents (PVA) or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Data Management: Plan and execute data migration strategies using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Dataflows, ensuring clean and accurate transfer of data.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365
Customer Engagement, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead capacity.
Perform technical analysis of legacy applications, workflows, and integrations, and map them to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Customize and develop components in D365 including Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript,
Business Rules, Actions, and Ribbon customizations.
Configure Customer Service, Omnichannel, chat, routing, and bot integrations.
Design and build Power Automate flows and Dataverse architecture.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Logic Apps/Power Automate.
Build and configure Power Pages for self-service and portal capabilities.
Lead data migration activities including ETL, mapping, transformation, and validation.
Support SIT/UAT, production deployment, and environment movement.
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and
Dataverse.
Strong expertise in C# Plugins, JavaScript, Custom APIs, and Power Automate.
Experience with Omnichannel and chatbot technologies (PVA/Copilot Studio).
Good understanding of integration patterns and API-based communication.
