Role Description

The Digital Marketing & Automation Executive is the lead custodian of our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for the health, optimization, and performance of our digital channels, including the website, marketing automation, and SEO. This isn’t just about following a checklist. We need someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of marketing – someone who notices when a workflow could be smoother, when a landing page and converting, or when there’s a smarter way to track our data. You’ll have a clear roadmap to work from, but we expect you to bring your own ideas, leverage AI tools to increase efficiency, and provide technical expertise to help us optimize as we go.

Key Responsibilities

Website Landing Page Execution
  • Own the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring all pages, forms, and CTAs are high-performing.
  • Proactively suggest and implement layout or UX improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with developers and agencies to ensure the site remains fast, secure, and technically sound.
  • Monitor website performance and flag issues or optimisation opportunities.
  • Implement website changes as per defined priorities and coordinate with developers or agencies for execution support .
  • Use AI-driven heatmap and UX tools to analyze visitor behavior and suggest layout changes that improve conversion rates. .
Marketing Automation CRM Support
  • Execute workflows in the marketing automation & platform.
  • Take ownership of CRM data hygiene, list segmentation, and lead scoring to ensure Sales receives high-quality prospects.
  • Set up lead capture, nurture, and re-engagement campaigns.
SEO execution & coordination
  • Implement on-page SEO updates.
  • Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
  • Use AI SEO tools (like Perplexity, Jasper, or Surfer) to analyse search intent and help our content team optimize their writing for both humans and AI search engines .
  • Use tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush to track performance and alert the Director to new keyword opportunities or shifts in rankings. .
Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain GA4 and marketing dashboards, providing the Director with clear, actionable data.
  • Go beyond the numbers. Analyse the why behind them and suggest optimizations for future campaigns. Track traffic sources, conversions, and lead flow .
  • Identify anomalies such as bot traffic or tracking gaps.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports .
Campaign & Demand Generation Support
  • Set up the technical foundation for campaign launches (UTMs, tracking pixels, and landing pages).
  • Ensure the end-to-end user journey for every campaign is seamless and correctly tracked. .
