Perform technical analysis of legacy applications, workflows, and integrations, and map them to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Customize and develop components in D365 including Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript,
Business Rules, Actions, and Ribbon customizations.
Configure Customer Service, Omnichannel, chat, routing and experience in using AI Platform while development.
Build Power Automate flows and working with Datavers.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Logic Apps/Power Automate.
Build and configure Power Pages for self-service and portal capabilities.
Support SIT/UAT, production deployment .
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related
technical field .
B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
Hybrid (Gurgaon/Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore)
4-10 Years
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and
Dataverse.
Strong expertise in C# Plugins, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Customer Service in Dynamics
& quote Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) – TypeScript .
Good to have integration patterns and API-based communication.
