As part of the Managed Services Team, he would be responsible for investigating and maintaining the following areas:
IT Service Management
Customer Service Management
Field Service Management
Mobile App Development (supported by a dedicated developer from the Project Team)
Custom Applications
Integrations
Enterprise Asset Management
Customizations (including both custom and out-of-the-box scripts)
In addition to ongoing support, he would also need to handle platform maintenance activities such as:
Patch upgrades – Performed 3–4 times a year based on ServiceNow’s release Cycle
Family upgrades – Conducted annually
