Job Description

As part of the Managed Services Team, he would be responsible for investigating and
maintaining the following areas:

  • IT Service Management

  • Customer Service Management

  • Field Service Management

  • Mobile App Development (supported by a dedicated developer from the Project
    Team)

  • Custom Applications

  • Integrations

  • Enterprise Asset Management

  • Customizations (including both custom and out-of-the-box scripts)

In addition to ongoing support, he would also need to handle platform maintenance
activities such as:

  • Patch upgrades – Performed 3–4 times a year based on ServiceNow’s release
    Cycle

  • Family upgrades – Conducted annually
